Institute Overview
Advanced Technology College of the Human Resources Department, Kemaman Campus (ADTEC JTM Kemaman) was established under the administration of the Human Resources Department (JTM), managed by the Ministry of Human Resources (MOHR), Malaysia. The training centre is located approximately 22.5 km from Chukai town and occupies a 100-acre site in Kampung Payoh, Kemaman, Terengganu. ADTEC JTM Kemaman was fully completed in 2010.
In general, ADTEC JTM Kemaman is a central government agency that provides formal technical training to industrial sector employees and young school leavers, enabling them to acquire skills, particularly in Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical fields.
Aligned with its vision to become a leading institution in developing a competitive workforce, ADTEC JTM Kemaman continues to move forward in realizing its mission of producing a highly skilled and competitive workforce in this era of globalization.

Assalamualaikum and Greetings,
First and foremost, I would like to extend a warm welcome to all lecturers and staff at ADTEC JTM Kemaman Campus. My heartfelt congratulations and sincere thanks go to everyone involved in the development of the ADTEC JTM Kemaman Campus website, which has successfully provided a platform for visitors to access information on the programmes and activities conducted at our campus.
As a Training and Learning Institution responsible for producing skilled manpower to meet the needs of the country’s industrial sector, ADTEC JTM Kemaman is fully committed to ensuring that all information related to Training Programmes is delivered promptly, accurately, and effectively. This also strengthens and enhances the management of our Training Programmes in line with the latest technological developments.
Therefore, any form of collaborative partnership is highly welcomed, and it is my hope that we can work hand-in-hand to successfully advance the National Transformation Agenda, while positioning ADTEC JTM Kemaman as a Training Institution that remains excellent and competitive in the future.

- Settle all billing claims within 7 days from the date of receipt of complete documents.
- Acknowledge receipt of complaints within 24 hours and provide feedback on the complaints within 7 working days.
- Pay allowances to eligible students by the 10th of the following month at the latest.
- Distribute student examination result slips each semester within 2 weeks after the conclusion of the Examination and Certification Subcommittee meeting.
- Ensure that every customer at the counter is served within 15 minutes.
